Had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was lovely, all freshly cooked. The room was nice and clean, and also quiet. The best thing was how helpful the owners were, going way above and beyond. Would definitely stay again.
Room was compact but clean and comfortable. Feels a bit harsh doing 4* as the only issue was being the hottest day of the year it was also very warm despite the window being open, which also meant a lot of road noise. Not much anyone can do under the circumstances and a fan in a small room would be more hazard than help. I was made very welcome and the food was beautiful. More than happy to stay there again if I'm back in the area. Really lovely people.
Stayed recently when going to Wales v Ireland in the Principality Stadium. Handy enough location, convenient to the train station. Claire and Neal were very welcoming. Rooms were warm, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending.
Ideal establishment for my trip. Neil & Clare were outstanding hosts, really went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Breakfast was outstanding.
Lovely warm welcome. Great service, great value and great food! All staff friendly and Ruth was like a ray of sunshine with her lovely smile.
